Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Mikos Bros LLC, client satisfaction is our priority. Because we build both digital product licenses (SaaS Apps) and bespoke enterprise engineering systems, our refund and cancellation policies are categorized below by transaction type.
2. Digital Product Licenses & SaaS Apps (e.g., SnagAI, Kredly, KwikMenu)
We offer a transparent 14-day money-back guarantee on all standard software licenses and active SaaS subscriptions.
- If you are dissatisfied with a SaaS tool or utility, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
- Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the purchase date are generally not eligible for a refund.
- For recurring subscriptions, you can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Bespoke Engineering & Consultation Projects
Custom software engineering work, API setups, and bespoke cloud deployment integrations have different structures:
- Deposits: Upfront contract deposits are non-refundable once development operations or scoping audits have commenced.
- Milestone Payments: Payments corresponding to completed and approved contract milestones are non-refundable.
- Cancellation: You may request to cancel a custom project at any time. Upon cancellation, you will be billed only for work completed up to the date of formal cancellation, and any remaining unearned deposits will be returned.
4. Processing of Refunds
Refund requests are processed via Stripe directly to the original card or payment account used to make the purchase. Please note:
- Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Transaction processing fees charged by Stripe at checkout are non-refundable.
