Mikos Bros LLC is a global software development studio and holding hub that designs, builds, and licenses proprietary SaaS products (such as SnagAI, Kredly, KwikMenu) and delivers custom enterprise software integration services. Unless otherwise stated, Mikos Bros LLC owns all intellectual property rights for the material and software hosted on our platform. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our licensed software tools for personal or internal business use, subject to the restrictions set in these terms.

• You must not reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from our services.
• You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software.

4. Billing and Payment

We process payments securely through Stripe. By purchasing a product license or subscribing to our services, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. If automated billing fails, we reserve the right to suspend access to the service immediately.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Mikos Bros LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, performance, or availability of the software. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mikos Bros LLC, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of our software or services. Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
